In Loving Memory of Abby

September 11, 2009 – August 28, 2026

With broken hearts, we said goodbye to our precious Abby on August 28, 2026, just shy of her 17th birthday.

Abby was so much more than a dog. For nearly seventeen years, she was family, a constant companion, and a little soul who filled our lives with love. She was there through the good times, the hard times, and every ordinary day in between—usually right by Megan’s side or curled up comfortably in Jacob’s lap.

Over the years, Abby collected more than a few names: Fee, Abigail Von Schnoodle, Abigail Elizabeth Smart, Felonious, Feefee, and Sister. Every nickname carried a memory, and every memory is now something we will treasure.

She lived an amazingly long and beautiful life surrounded by the people who loved her. Seventeen years never feels like enough when someone has been part of your family for so long. The house may be a little quieter without her, but the place she held in our family can never be filled.

Abby, thank you for growing with us, comforting us, making us laugh, and loving us through every chapter of life. You were there for so much of our story that it is difficult to imagine it without you.

We will miss you always, and we will love you forever. Until we meet again, sweet girl. 🐾❤️🪽
