Cara had an unfortunate start to life but that was quickly remedied by the love of Gary and Kirsty Mcdougal.

Cara was a real character and loved so many people and was loved by many! Her extended family reached far and wide.

Notable family member include Casey and Kalee Sullivan, Chavaun and Lee Hopkins, Hunter Freeman and Kayleigh Hopkins.

Cara was deeply loved and met everyone as they entered the house with such enthusiasm and excitement followed by wet sticky face kisses.

Cara lived for butt scratch saturday, pizza crust and popeyes biscuits!

She was rescued however she saved us more than we saved her, an unofficial therapy dog who became the glue of the family.

Her absence will be sorely missed for some time to come.

It was your time baby girl, you had a great life, now you can run free with all the dogs we have loved before you.
