Charlie Anderson

d. Aug 21, 2026

White Hall, Arkansas

Charlie crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 15, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and more than a little mischief. He was loved beyond measure and made sure he returned that love… to most people lol.

A proud Razorback fan, he loved wearing his Razorback shirt and was always happy to help to CALL THOSE HOGS! He would sit pretty, howl, and raise his paws in the air. And when his Momma asked, Charlie would sing. Every time, much to the chagrin of others around. Happy Birthday was his favorite

Charlie also took his food very and treats very seriously, including the time he helped himself to my Spaghetti the minute I stepped away from the table. Apparently, some opportunities are simply too good for even a dog with manners to pass up.

For the past few years, he lived with his Nana and Pop, where he made it his personal responsibility to keep them on their toes. (Or bite them lol). He loved his German Shephard brothers, Ember and Maxx, but tried to be the boss. That’s when their home became his home, and there was never any doubt who was really in charge.

Fifteen years is a long life, but somehow never long enough. From a little dog found on the side of the road, to a beloved family member, his life turned into exactly what every rescue story should be-a life full of safety, family, treats, laughter, and so much love.

Run free, sweet Charlie…I hope you sing as loud as you want, eat all the treats you can find, give Ember and Maxx a love from me, and WOOO PIG SOOIEEE all the way across the Rainbow Bridge.
