Chief

1/17/13-8/22/25

Our sweet, precious boy Chief went to heaven Friday August 22, 2025. He was surrounded by love, and held by his Mommy, and with his Grandma by his side. Chiefy boy was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas. His mommy found him at a pet store there, and had no intentions of leaving with a puppy. However, when she looked into Chiefs precious eyes and seen how sweet he was, that all changed, and she knew she couldn’t leave without him. There was something special about him from the start. When Chiefs mommy brought him home to see his new Grandma, she also fell in love with him. He filled our days with so much love, adventure, and happiness.

Chief was a very well traveled boy. He traveled with his mommy all over the US from Arkansas to California, to New York, to Miami and everywhere in between. He had been on more planes, and to more beaches than most humans in their lives. He loved to play with ropes, and he absolutely loved his toy foxy! He loved a good nap with all of his blankets, and to lay in the window sill in the sun and enjoy the scenery. He had excellent taste in food, and never said no to cheese! Chief was such a happy boy. He never had a bad day, and didn’t have a mean bone in his little body. He was loved by everyone, and walked around “smiling” constantly.

Chiefs mommy, and his Grandma will miss him more than anything. He was their world. He had lots of friends that will miss his sweet little self as well. He had no idea the impact he made on the world, but in 12 short years he was loved by so many. Nothing could ever take his place, but we will love him forever! Chief was more than just a dog, he was our world!

Thank you to the kind folks, and doctor at Camden Veterinary Hospital in Camden, Arkansas. Also a big thank you to the wonderful folks at South Arkansas Pet Cremations. They have all truly made his passing meaningful, and special.
