Couchie was a rescue dog. My husband found him on an abandoned old couch in the woods. He was about 6 months old. Scared, skinny, hungry and dirty. We brought him home and fell completely in love. He quickly found his place with the other rescues that live here.

Couchie was a talker who would literally talk back to you. He sat with his front legs crossed and looked at you with pure love. He knew how much we loved him and how much he loved us. He loved to snuggle and would get as close as he possibly could. He played hard for the short life he had. But we loved you your whole life and will miss you for the rest of ours.
