Elizabeth Griffin

June 14, 2011 — February 3, 2026

El Dorado, Arkansas

Today, l'd like to celebrate the life of my cherished cat, Elizabeth, who graced my life for 14 wonderful years. She was rescued from the street in 2013. From the moment she entered my home, she flourished, quickly finding her place not only as a pet but as a beloved member of my family.

She was always the first to greet me when I came home, her purrs and affectionate nudges reminding me that I was loved.

A true connoisseur of warmth, Elizabeth had an undeniable talent for commandeering the heater, curling up in its warmth and holding her royal court. In her younger days, she was a playful hunter, darting after birds and squirrels, and even one snake.

Every day with Elizabeth was filled with love, especially when she expressed her affection through her iconic head-butts. She had a way of making us feel appreciated, knowing exactly how to get that extra threat.

It is with heavy hearts that I say goodbye to my sweet girl. Her sudden departure has left a void that cannot be filled. Though her heart has given out, the love she shared with us will forever be a bright light in our lives.. She taught me the importance of every moment and the beauty found in unconditional love.

Rest in peace, dear Elizabeth. You will be forever missed, but never forgotten. Your pawprints will always remain in my heart.
