Captain Jack Stanton, affectionately known as Little Jackie Mant, crossed the Rainbow Bridge for dogs today, July 1, 2024. Born in Mulberry, Arkansas on September 9, 2009 to Kodi and Maverick, Jack was fourteen years old. He was adopted by Spencer Stanton Doolin on November 26, 2009. Jack was a good-natured little teacup Yorkie until old age and dementia set in, causing confusion and anxiety. Other than doorbells and thunderstorms, he had no known enemies. In his prime, Jack enjoyed playing with his baby koala toy, snacking on bacon treats, floating in the swimming pool, and snuggling with his owners. Thank you to those who helped nurture Jack along the way- Felisha Burson, Lindsay Stultz, Kennedy Briggs Mucklerath, and Joseph Clark. We are saddened by Jack’s passing, but we know he is strong and full of vigor again running across that bridge.
