Kayla “KK” Graves

Kayla “KK” Graves, beloved kitty and best friend of her sweet girl, Lennon, passed away on August 8, 2026.

Kayla found our family all on her own in June of 2020, and from the very beginning, it seemed as though she knew exactly where she belonged. She immediately attached herself to then 18 month old Lennon, and the two formed a bond that was truly unbreakable.

Kayla was the most beautiful long-haired calico and, without a doubt, the sweetest and best cat anyone could have ever asked for. She loved nothing more than snuggling with her girl and giving Lennon gentle little head rubs. She lovingly tolerated being carried around, dressed up, hugged, and doted on every single day. To Kayla, none of it was ever too much because Lennon was her girl.

Some of their happiest moments were the quiet ones: curled up together in bed, watching Netflix on the tablet, with Kayla right beside her best friend where she always wanted to be.

Kayla was more than a pet. She was Lennon’s companion, her comfort, her little shadow, and a piece of her childhood that she will carry in her heart forever.

Thank you, KK, for finding our family. Thank you for loving our sweet girl so completely. You gave her years of unconditional love, comfort, cuddles, and memories that she will treasure for the rest of her life.

You were loved beyond words, and you will be missed beyond measure.
