Momma Dial

Momma, lovingly known as “Big Momma House,” passed away peacefully on February 22nd 2026, leaving behind a home that feels quieter without her gentle presence. She was about 10 years old, and in her lifetime, she gave endless love, comfort, and companionship to the family who adored her.

Momma was the definition of a sweetheart. She had a calm, loving spirit and a soft way of making everyone feel at ease. She loved her snakey toy, her cozy tuna bed, and basking in the warmth of the sun. She found her greatest happiness simply being near the people she loved most.

She shared an especially deep and beautiful bond with Dad, who was her person. She was his baby girl, his constant companion, and his best friend. Momma lived by his rhythm, waking when he woke, waiting patiently for him to come home, and following their quiet daily routines with treats and an unwavering devotion. Their connection was something truly special, built on trust, comfort, and unconditional love.

Momma also brought laughter and joy in her own funny ways. She once jumped onto what looked like a closed box, only to fall right into it when it gave way, she will be forever remembered for that moment that made everyone laugh. She would also do her famous “buffalo romp” on Kooky, reminding everyone that beneath her gentle sweetness was her playful spirit.

Momma was more than a cat. She was family. She was comfort on hard days, warmth on quiet mornings, and a love that asked for nothing in return.

She leaves behind a family who will miss her deeply and cherish every memory she gave them. Though she is no longer here physically, her spirit lives on.

She will forever be loved. She will forever be missed. She will forever be our sweet Momma Girl.
