Opie Vickers

Opie was so much more than just a pet, he was family. He came into our lives during a very hard time, and loving him was a big part of what got us through.

For six years, he was our only baby, and as our family grew, he only received more love. He loved chasing the water hose, hunting lizards and frogs, and playing fetch until he wore himself out. He stayed close to his human sister, Madison, watching over her like her little protector, and he loved running in the yard with his human brother, Nolan.

Opie gave us years of loyalty, joy, and unconditional love. We miss him greatly, and always will.

I’ve heard heaven is a place where all the dogs you’ve ever loved come running to greet you. I’m holding onto that, until we see you again, our sweet Opie boy.
