Losing Roxie has left a space in our home and in our hearts that we do not know how to fill. She wasn’t just our dog she was family, our sweet girl, and one of the gentlest souls we’ve ever known. Roxie had a way of loving that felt pure and steady, and she gave that love to all of us every single day.
What we will remember most is how kind, patient, and loving she was. Roxie adored her babies. She watched over them, played with them, and loved them with a softness that made her the perfect kids’ dog. She was always right there whether the kids were laughing, crying, or just running around being themselves. She made them feel safe, and she made our home feel whole.
Roxie had a sweetness that you could feel just by looking at her. She didn’t need to do anything big to make an impact; her presence alone brought comfort. She was gentle, loyal, and always ready to give love, no matter what kind of day we were having.
Saying goodbye to her is one of the hardest things we’ve had to do. I miss her warmth, her quiet companionship, and the way she made our family feel complete. But I’m grateful for every moment she spent with us — every cuddle, every wag of her tail, every memory she helped create.
Roxie will always be part of our family. She will always be our sweet girl. And she will always be loved.
