Scotty came into our families life in 2010, when as a stray dog he was taken in by Anthony's uncle, Tommy Ahrend. During the next eight years he enjoyed life in the Ahrend household along with his two other friends, Gussie and Ms. Callie. Following the death of Uncle Tommy, Scotty moved to his new home in Warren, AR on October 27, 2018. Over the next eight years, Scotty became an important part of our family. He was more than just a dog; he was our best friend. He was always there to greet you when you walked in and loved to be held in his favorite Snoopy blanket. He loved traveling to visit family in Memphis and Mississippi. He loved finding a sunny spot to lay down in. For the past two years, Scotty has gladly shared his human parents with his little sister, Pixie. He was loved dearly and loved back very deeply. He was a ray of sunshine and a source of strength to our family. Scotty, we will never forget you and will always treasure the eight years we had with you. Holly and I were honored to be your human parents, and we love you so much. You have now finished your race and were faithful to the end. As you cross over the Rainbow Bridge, know that you left paw prints in our hearts forever.

Scotty is survived by his human parents, Anthony and Holly Hearnsberger and little sister, Pixie.
